These hydrocycles attain 30 km/hour speed and are now becoming even more popular than surf riding and other sports. But they have a very serious drawback. A man is soon tired, stops rocking and a hydrocycle halts and dips into the water. A cyclist should swim to tow the hydrocycle to the shore. In spite of this drawback, these hydrocycles are very popular and are sold in bulk. 8 foreign companies are producing such vehicles. Only one German company is producing  750000 items a year!

 We propose a hydrocycle with oscillating wings but of quite different configuration (KNOW-HOW) that will not submerge when a cyclist stops rocking and the vehicle halts.

Unusual characteristics and high efficiency are achieved with the use of a number of new effects of oscillation non-linear aerohydrodynamics.
