Successful results of ours a vortex-oscillatory of technologies,
(received on laboratory installations):
|
1. Grinding of complex ore
Complex ore consisted of 1-8 mm particles. It was grinding for 15 minutes.

Result:
- Vortex was formed of this ore in a laboratory device.
- Ore was crushing and micron-size particles were produced.
Recommendations on the use of our technologies:
- Processing intensity (oscillation acceleration level, rotation speed and centrifugal acceleration) can be increased several times.
- Our devices can be used for industrial grinding of ore-type materials, etc.

2. Sand grinding
Sand consisted of 1-3 mm particles.

3. Old cement grinding
Hard cement stored in bags for a long time was used. This hardened cement was first crushed into 1-5 mm pieces and then ground for 15 minutes.

Result:
- Vortex was formed out of this hard cement in a laboratory plant.
- Hard cement was grinding and micron-size particles were produced.
Recommendations on the use of our technologies:
- Processing intensity (oscillation acceleration level, rotation speed and centrifugal acceleration) can be increased several times.
- Our devices can be used for industrial grinding (restoration) of hard cement.
- Our devices can be used to raise the cement mark before using it at construction sites.

4. Grinding of broken glass of luminous lamps
Luminous lamps were first broken into almost flat 1-10 mm pieces. They were grinding for 15 minutes.
Result:
- Vortex was formed out of this lamps pieces in a laboratory device (the process was possible only with the use of extremely intensive vortices).
- Glass pieces were grinding and micron-size particles of glass and luminiphor were produced.
Recommendations on the use of our technologies:
- Processing intensity (oscillation acceleration level, rotation speed and centrifugal acceleration) can be increased several times.
- Our devices can be used for industrial grinding of glass, etc.

5. Grinding of sawdust with water
We used 1-5 mm sawdust and mixed it with water in 1:1 weight ratio. Sawdust was
grinding in water vortex for 10 and 20 minutes.
Result:
- Vortex was formed out of this mixture in a laboratory device.
- Sawdust was not abraded.
|
|
6. Grinding of sawdust without water
We used 1-5 mm sawdust. They were grinding in a vortex (without water) for 20
minutes.

Result:
- Vortex was formed out of dry sawdust at the laboratory device.
- Sawdust was not abraded, but there were very few micron-size sawdust.
Recommendations on the use of our technologies:
- Processing intensity (vibration acceleration level, rotation speed and
centrifugal acceleration) can be increased several times to effectively grind
sawdust down to micron size.
- Sawdust could be ground for the preparation of biofuel, etc.
- Mixed fodder can be made of waste of grain as well another.
